Products are packaged and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

- I currently only ship within the UK.
- All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your items and would like to return it contact me at customerservice@peachpuffstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If a refund is granted, you will have 30 days to return the item.
Refunded items should be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and in the same condition, you have received it.
Please note, delivery cost can't be refunded unless the wrong item was sent, or it was damaged. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping and making sure it arrives safely to process the refund quickly.
Once your refund has been approved and processed a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, scrunchies cannot be returned if label has been removed unless it is faulty.
Customised products cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Only items that have been damaged can be replaced. If you would like an exchange, please return the item(s), and re-order your prefered product.
DAMAGES
Every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving Peachpuff Studios HQ, but things can sadly still go wrong and get damaged during transit, which I have no control over. If you feel like your product(s) is damaged, please get in contact at hello@peachpuffstudios.com. I will then be able to sort out this problem for you.
SALE OR SECOND SALE
Products that are part of the sale or seconds sale are unfortunately non-refundable. If you have any questions about the product, please get in contact before purchasing.
As you may know, all the products sold here at Peachpuff Studios are handmade. Every item is checked to a consistently high standard, but there may be slight inconsistencies or imperfections. This is completely normal with a handmade product, and that's what makes handmade so unique.
