I have a discount code, how do I use it? + -

You can redeem your discount code after you have filled your bag and moved onto checkout. Please note, the value of the discount cannot be refunded or redeemed after an order has been made. If free delivery or any other special offer is offered in exchange for spending a determined amount, the amount has to be met after the discount code has been applied. One discount code can be applied for each order. If an order is returned, the discount code cannot be reused.

Where is my order? + -

Orders are dispatched every 3-4 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do? + -

Every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving Peachpuff Studios HQ, but things can sadly still go wrong and get damaged during transit, which I have no control over. If you feel like your product(s) is damaged, please get in contact at hello@peachpuffstudios.com. I will then be able to sort out this problem for you.

Are the colours exactly as it's shown on screen? + -

The tones of colours vary from screen to screen, but they are as exact as they possibly can be. Please allow for a very slight difference in tone or shade.

Are your products really handmade? + -

Yes. Everything is handmade by me, Aycan. I design, cut, sew, and make everything from my home.

How do I take care of my cushions? + -

To help your cushions last even longer, spot dry only. If you need to iron, use a low heat setting on the reverse.

Not everything is made equal, and some of the products I make have imperfections. As someone who doesn't like to waste, I sell these at a very discounted price. These sales happen a few times a year and those signed up to the Peachy Keen Club newsletter will be the first to access it.

Where did you get the name Peachpuff Studios from? + -

I wish I had an interesting story to share with you, but I don't. Peachpuff is the name of a colour which I had discovered while I was coding. I thought it was quite a fun and light-hearted name so I kept it written down in case I needed it one day.
